TÊTE Charcuterie, Chicago's hottest new eatery has opened its doors to the public. The stylish new restaurant located in the meat packing district of the city is serving up unique dishes with the finest ingredients. Executive Chefs Thomas Rice and Kurt Guzowski are inspired by european culinary techniques and have created truly unique cuisine, the ingredients of which are sourced locally.
Another key ingredient to TÊTE's initial success is the décor, fabric and ambience. The newly renovated meat packing facility has been given a new lease of life but still retains some of the original features of this charming and charismatic building, including the exposed beams, wood ceilings and exposed brick walls.
TÊTE's states that "It's is not just what goes on the table, but what is happening around it that really matters". Nothing could be closer to the truth. Having seen FLAT Tech table bases at the 2013 NRA Show, Daniel Goodman (General Manager and Partner at TÊTE Charcuterie) knew that they were a 'must have' for his new restaurant.
Daniel and his co-founders have considered all the details, from the food, décor and ambience right through to the hi-tech table management system. Nothing has been left to chance, Daniel insisted on FLAT® table bases being installed, ensuring that customers benefit from stable tables and allow staff to quickly bring tables together when catering for groups.
The outdoor patio area is a delight in the summer, with diners enjoying a bite to eat or drink in the sun. FLAT® table bases are ideal and remain stable on the patio no matter how many times they are moved.
Daniel selected tables from FLAT's AUTO-ADJUST KX range and has not looked back.
