FLAT Introduces New Flip Top (EP) and Bar Height Table Bases
We've all been there - whether you're on a date, having a pint at the bar during the big game, or enjoying a patio brunch with your kids on a sunny day, one thing's for sure, if your restaurant table is uneven and wobbling your dining experience quickly goes from delightful to dismal.
To help restaurants keep their customers happy, wobble-free, and returning again and again, FLAT® developed an exclusive table base technology that solves the two most common problems for restaurant chains: wobbly and misaligned tables.
FLAT provides the only table bases that automatically stabilise and enable perfect alignment with other tabletops. So, if you need to pull a few tables together for bigger parties, or pull a table for two out on the uneven sidewalk, no stabilising or propping up will be necessary - FLAT® table bases have it covered.
To provide even more flexibility for operators, we have added new table base options to the FLAT Tech product family. The CX26 (pictured) and BX26 Flip Top bases are now available with an optional Extra Protection (EP) finish, perfect for outdoor use even in coastal areas. Our Flip Top table bases save, on average, up to 30 percent more space when stored in the folded position. Since the flip top bases save so much space they can be stored inside each night and moved around for nightly cleaning. In the morning, operators can reposition the lightweight, aluminum tables and they'll immediately stabilise and lock in position until moved again. It's easy to see how FLAT table bases can save operators lots of time and money.
Responding to our customers' requests we have also launched a new bar height option (pictured) for the popular AUTO-ADJUST KT22 cast iron base. Our bar height table bases provide great stability at an even greater height.
A zinc coating option is also available on request to help protect against weathering.
FLAT table bases achieve their level and alignment capabilities through an award-winning hydraulic system. The patented system underpins a range of table base options including round, square, x-shaped and T-shaped bases available in cast iron, aluminum and stainless steel finishes, in standard and bar heights.
